Rosau office complex

The newbuild around Villa Rosau in Zurich was planned and designed by the GIGON/GUYER architects office. Room-high partition walls using the structural glazing system separate the office rooms and the conference area from the open-space areas. Strähle's System 2300 was used for this purpose. Its characteristic features are a mirror-like glass look and impressively high sound insulation values. The profiles of the system were designed in the special anodised shade C33. The glass elements were realised in white glass with matching coloured edge printing, so that the glazing perfectly matches the colour of the profiles.

The high-quality portal doors with chestnut veneer blend into the walls as powerful elements with minimal joints. The planners positioned Strähle System 3400 glazed meeting rooms within the open-plan office spaces. The rounded solitaire elements form transparent islands and serve as high-grade retreat areas in the open-plan office layout.

The flush-fit aluminium-frame doors on the corridor side are 64 mm thick and guarantee the required sound insulation. Our services also included the supply of a concealed, perfect-fit sub-structure for the precise connection of the metal ceiling provided by the customer. The view out to Lake Zurich from the transparent rooms is as unique as the quality of the rooms which have been created in this premium office building.
